Each round locks its rate when it opens: one ticket per $1 of TIX at the 30-minute average price, so pumps and dumps during the hour change nobody's tickets. Plus 2% for every round in a row you held, up to +50%.
Trading fees are paid in SOL into the vault. Every hour the program draws up to ten different wallets.
The ticket list is locked on-chain before the random number exists, so nobody can change who holds which ticket after the fact.
