Terms and risks
Last updated 1 November 2026. By buying or holding TIX to take part in SolTix draws, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may take part
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You may not take part if prize draws, raffles, lotteries or crypto-asset trading are illegal or restricted where you live or where you are when you take part. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local law.
- SolTix is not offered to people in the regions listed in section 7. The website blocks trading from regions it can detect, but that check is not perfect and does not make taking part legal for you.
- You may not take part on behalf of someone who is not eligible, or use tools to hide your location.
2. How the draws work
- Trading fees from the TIX pool are paid in SOL into a vault controlled by the SolTix smart contract. The contract splits them into an hourly pot, a weekly jackpot and an operations share.
- Every round, each wallet's tickets are counted from the TIX it bought from the pool and held for the whole round, at one ticket per dollar of value at the rate fixed when the round opened, plus a streak bonus. Tokens received by transfer do not count.
- The ticket list is published and its fingerprint (Merkle root) is recorded on-chain before the random number is requested from ORAO VRF. Winners are drawn from that number; each prize goes to a different wallet.
- Prizes are paid in SOL by the smart contract to the winning wallet. If a payout cannot be made within the claim window, the unpaid amount returns to the pot.
- If the pot is below the minimum, the round is extended until it is large enough. If nobody qualifies, there is no draw and the pot rolls over.
- Each round's ticket list and result can be checked by anyone from public chain data. The rules in force are the ones described on this website and in the published source code.
3. Risks you accept
- You can lose money. TIX is a volatile token with no promised value. Its price can fall to nearly zero at any time. Buying TIX in the hope of winning a prize is a risk; most holders will not win in any given round.
- Prizes are not guaranteed. Pot size depends entirely on trading volume. A round may be extended, voided or carry no prize.
- Smart contract and network risk. The contract, the token pool, the randomness provider, the Solana network or your wallet may fail, be attacked or behave unexpectedly. Funds lost this way may not be recoverable.
- Operator risk. An off-chain keeper operated by SolTix opens rounds, builds ticket lists and starts draws. If it stops, draws stop until it is restarted; prizes already drawn can still be paid by anyone. The admin can pause the contract and change its parameters (fee split, minimum pot, claim window) for future rounds.
- No investment advice. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. TIX is not a share, a security or a claim on any company.
4. Fees
Every trade of TIX in its pool pays a 3% fee in SOL. Meteora, the pool provider, keeps part of it; the rest goes to the SolTix vault. Network fees are paid to Solana. SolTix takes no other fee from players.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on prizes, trading gains or losses under the law that applies to you.
6. Privacy
- We use no cookies, trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts, scripts and data are served from our own server.
- Our server sees your IP address to limit abuse and, where enabled, to check your region. We do not sell or share it.
- Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Solana blockchain by nature.
7. Restricted regions
SolTix is not available in: the regions listed in the final version of these terms. This list is still being reviewed and will be completed before launch.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes to the draw rules apply only to rounds that open after the change is published.
